The Pangalanes Canal project reactivated
The procrastination of Hery Rajaonarimampianina is doing the business of his successor. Andry Rajoelina announced the reactivation of the rehabilitation project of the Pangalanes canal.
It is the flagship project among those selected in the context of increased cooperation between the two countries, following the trip of King Mohammed VI and a strong Moroccan delegation in November 2016 in Madagascar.
